A FAMILY AFFAIR
Our goal at 3 Guys Grilling is to provide handcrafted artisan sausages rich with texture and life changing flavor.
The 3 Guys Grilling business started in 2013 as a result of the enjoyment of outdoor barbecuing with family and friends. Our business has provided our two sons, Tyler and Alex an opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the operational aspects of running a successful small business and what it takes for success. Our goal is to support Oregon companies which provide us with the freshest food products to meet the needs of all our customers. These local companies include Sheridan Fruit Company, Snake River Farms, Otto’s Sausage Kitchen, Mustard & Company-Seattle, and Beaver brand products.
3 Guys Grilling also believes in supporting local, regional, and national charitable groups including Bloomin’ Boutique, Clackamas Emergency Services Foundation, FDNY Foundation, Oregon Hillel, Providence Milwaukie Foundation, Relay for Life, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Oregon Public Broadcasting and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
If you run a charitable organization and are interested in having 3 Guys cater your next event, please Contact Us and we'll be in touch!

Dave developed a passion for outdoor cooking while growing up in Wisconsin, the Bratwurst capital of the United States. Beer Bratwurst, home grown sweet corn, and Pabst Blue Ribbon were staple items for all family picnics throughout the summer. Dave was always exploring different ways to cook Bratwursts whether simmering in beer or cooking over an open flame on our Weber charcoal grill. Brat’s are Wisconsin! Did you know that at the Madison Brat Fest in 2019 attendees devoured 142,000 Bratwursts in three days or an average of 12,000 Brats per hour were served.
3 Guys Grilling was an idea in 2013 to raise funds for local sports. While it started out on a small scale, the business has evolved into our mobile food unit that participates in events and corporate catering throughout the area from April through November. We are known for our specialty sausages including our Elk, Bison, Mac N Cheese, Reuben, and our house made Bratwurst.
